EVENTS : Sport Compact Finals #4 (Part-1) DRAGint + MMRT runs a new 6.95 PB Time!!!!!!

What a weekend!! 3 Straight Days of racing with friends and family at the  GRS-Motorsports.com and  Orlando Speed World Dragway Sport Compact Finals #4! Saturday night we achieved a new personal best and long time goal running 6.95 in the 1/4!!!! This Part 1 covers Saturday night Qualifying and Testing!  To top it all off – we won our Street Rod 10.5 Class the following day, Sunday!!!! Consistency boy!!!!!! GRS Motorsports South Spring Nationals – Medicine Man Racing R32 vs Pro Chassis cars!

Our Medicine Man Racing R32 runs at the South Spring Nationals presented by GRS Motorsports and hosted by Orlando Speed World.  Overcoming a few hiccups we get the R32 running properly to rip a 7.65 1/4 miles only to be defeated by a slower time due to the whole shot.  The event was a blast with a track record in SFWD and world record in all motor!  Congrulations to all of the participants and racers.  Enjoy the photos – You can purchase professional prints in 8.5×11 or 13×19 with easy shipping – please contact us for more info dragintinfo@yahoo.com

GRS Sport Compact Finals! Medicine Man Racing R32 wins with fire and DRAG International!!!!

A wild weekend culminates in a Street Outlaw Class Win on Sunday, after a Severe Engine Bay Fire on Saturday night!  Our R32 GTR with DRAGint 2JZGTE is recovered by our Medicine Man Racing Team after burning for quite some time.  What a way to bounce back!  We go Head to Head with Neil Auto Works – our own Team Orange Inc family in the GRS Sport Compact Finals!!!  Navin Maraj drove consistent 7.7-7.9 to stay ahead of the class.  Larry and the crew fixed the race car after an oil FIRE.  Mr. President and Mech-Tech smash the world record to run 5.96 @ 240  then back it up with 6.00 in competition AMAZING.  Rude Boy with Rosado Racing  really ran incredible in those battles vs Mr. President to make a brush to the wall, then run a personal best 6.07, then really really really push it to crash after!!!! It was AWESOME.  There were more records broken at Orlando Speedworld and we congratulate all of the racers and participants.  GRS Motorsports really put on a great event showing the Worlds Fastest Import Cars battling for prizes and bragging rights!  Enjoy the 2 Galleries below.

Orange Peel : DRAGint Built R32 GTR makes 1283WHP and is ready for new records!!

After spending some time back home in Trinidad, the D&D R32 GTR with 2JZ Power built by DRAGint returns to the South Florida for a host of upgrades aimed at increasing power as well as longevity.  With a goal of 7.2 sec 1/4 Mile the chassis is more than capable of handling this speed so more power is on the menu.  Air and Fuel were the main modifications to the car to increase velocity and volume as well as to lower temps and operate within more safe parameters.  For increased engine longevity we also switched from Aluminum Rods to steel Manley Turbo Tuff connecting rods as they have proven extremely reliable!

The DragMania Racing and Music Festival Tour brings the Heat on Stage and On Track to PBIR for 2 days of Gasonlina. Team Orange was in full effect with the D&D Tyres and Auto R32 GTR Skyline with 2JZ Power, the Drag International S15 Silvia with RB26 Power and also the Neil Auto Works S13 180SX with 2JZ Power! We had a blast with friends and family.

Team Orange goes Test & Tune – Neil Auto Works S13 and D&D Auto R32 – 2JZ Power!

In preparation of the upcoming Nopi event at the end of March, Larry and Neil head out to PBIR to make some practice runs in the Team Orange – 2JZ Powered Nissans.  Shout out to 2JZPOWER.COM for ranking these cars as the 3rd and 4th fastest 2JZ Powered cars in the country!

Larry Piloted the D&D Tyres R32 GTR – Built by Drag International – to a quick 7.83 @ 162.  Personal Best is 7.81!!

Neil drove his Neil Auto Works S13 240SX with 2JZ Power to a New Personal Best of 7.82 @ 166!!
